Meet the new Young Men's president in our ward and his family....

:) Ha ha. He did seem to be gone when I thought about posting about his new calling and a picture of him. He got this new calling a few weeks ago. He was already serving in YM's before (12-18 year old boys), but now he's in charge and has a few extra meetings to go to. It's a little overwhelming for him, but he'll do great.

My brother was ym president in an old ward, and he told me that, besides the bishop, that calling had more meetings than any other in the ward. Fun for Alex! :)

can't think of a better person to influence young guys!
ReplyDeleteJason was recently called to be YM president, and it's so true--his Thursday nights and Sundays are gone. So are some other nights, too, when he stays up until 12:30 sending out emails! They threw him in right as all the big events were happening, like Youth Conference and summer camps.
