Super spring break

I'm finally getting around to posting about spring break last week. We had a great time with Papa, Baba, and GG. They spoiled us with all the fun things to do. Here's some pics of what we did (not in order):

Houston Rockets vs. Denver Nuggets basketball game - I wasn't sure who to cheer for. My dad is a Nuggets fan, so I was hoping they would win. But Nathan was cheering for the Rockets (the home team). The Rockets won by 2, so it was a fun game to watch. Jared mostly enjoyed the popcorn and ice cream.

We stayed in Dallas to and from Houston at Audrey & Sam's house. We got to eat dinner with them just before we sent Alex off to Antarctica (sniff, sniff). Try driving in Dallas traffic all teary-eyed...

Children's Museum - met one of my good high school/college friends and her adorable daughter Bailey there. (We were glad we could get together at the last minute).

Had lots of fun playing at Baba's, watching BB with Papa, fun St. Patrick's Day treats, etc....

I think this was after the children's museum, but it could probably be just about for any day last week... we wore them out.

I also wanted to mention that my mom sent me out the door with $ and made me go shopping one afternoon. I think I came back 7 hours later (it takes a long time to try on clothes at 4 different stores), but I did get 2 skirts, about 8 shirts, 2 pants, 1 pair of shoes, and 2 necklaces. I hate shopping, but it was nice to go out on someone else's dollar. Thanks mom! We're spoiled.
