On the way to TX, we made a stop in Dallas to see Alex's brother Jim and his girlfriend Monica. We had dinner, stayed at a hotel downtown, and then met them again in the morning to explore the DART. The kids loved going for a ride and going on several escalators. Jim and Monica had treats and gifts for us too.
