Since our anniversary was during our staycation week, Alex and I took a mini trip the following week for just a couple of days to celebrate our 26th anniversary. There are a lot of little beach towns along the coast, and we hope to explore most of them. This time we stayed in Pismo Beach and also wandered around Avila Beach - both cute little towns. We did a jog in the morning and got some yummy cinnamon rolls. We ate out at the Rock 'N Roll Diner, dining in an old train car. The zucchini fries, steak kabobs, and mint chocolate shake were really good. We also had fish & chips at a place called Hoagies. It was great to just wander around, eat out, and relax.
