Sweet potatoes pair really well with nut butters. I don't know if you guys have allergies in your genes, but one of Phoebe's favorites (mine too...except, not in puree form) is PB or almond butter with sweet potato and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Just melt the PB first so it's easy to mix into the puree (or spread onto the sweet potato, if you're actually eating big people food).
