We tried the park today and everyone got filthy — but we were outside! (We had already done mud in the backyard and I wasn't going to do that again for at least a day.) Jeff was supposed to take Alex on their first father's and son's camp out but more rain is predicted for tomorrow night. Arg!

No, no, no! That means the boys can't go outside and play... it's only calming if you're by yourself.
I know, I know. We're on day 2 of rain rain rain here. Boring and gloomy. No one can go out and play, even metaphysically... :(
