Nathan (and Jared) was lucky enough to have a friend whose parents know a pilot. For their friend's birthday, they got to sit in a little 2-seater plane. The birthday boy went for a flight (I was nervous about them flying anyway), but it was fun for the boys just to see and sit in the plane, which was called "Snoopy".

How fun for them! My boys have LOVED looking and sitting in the helicopters and planes the CG sometimes has at Christmas parties, etc.
In answer to your question, Kit and I probably would have stopped with Gunnison, but felt there was one more. That assurance has kept me sane when I wonder what in the world I was thinking!!! But, I feel like this is it...so, unless the Lord simply gives us another miracle, we will NOT be trying/expecting/planning on even thinking of another. :)
Also, I promise the sockies are cute! That isn't the cutest picture and since I can't take one on my own camera...you'll just have to see! :) Be careful, if you're having a little one in pink, I might have to send you some!! ;)
