Smoked meat?

From the stovetop? See, I was on here too long... just in time for Nathan to say, "Something smells funny." I guess the stew meat was on a the high side of low. I thought the smoke alarm was going to go off, but it didn't. I think I salvaged some of it. Better make sure I don't burn the mac & cheese (plan B)...
